What are customer responsibilities?

  • It is 100% the customer’s responsibility to read all product descriptions and understand sizing and allergen warnings. All sizing is in inch increments and is available in all jewelry listing descriptions. Allergen warnings are also available in all jewelry descriptions. Customers acknowledge and accept these terms when the order is placed.

  • Customers are solely responsible for inputting the correct shipping address when checking out. I cannot change the address when the order is placed.

  • If orders are made to the wrong address, customers must contact us to cancel and refund the order. Events of this nature are not eligible for whole order replacement if you choose not to contact us.

  • If the customer’s order is sent to the wrong address and you don’t attempt to contact us, and the order is returned back to Benzi’s Bazaar, you will be contacted for further action but will likely result in a repurchase of the shipping label at the customer’s expense.

Can I Get A Refund?

  • All Sales Are Final

  • Benzi’s Bazaar attends various markets, craft fairs, and comic conventions throughout the year. All sales at these events are Final.

  • Order cancellations are accepted by using the contact form at the top of the page as long as your order has not been marked as shipped.

  • This means a shipping label and tracking information have been generated. Once this occurs, the cancellation window is closed.

  • In your selection on “ Cancel My Order” you must provide the order number. Basic information alone does not tell us what needs to be cancelled.

  • Orders can take as little as 24 HRS to be marked as shipped; this is the window to cancel.

  • Due to the nature of custom orders being tailored to the customer these are non-refundable. Customers accept these terms upon paying for their custom order.

  • Benzi’s Bazaar does not do item exchanges.

  • Benzi’s Bazaar reserves the right to cancel any order and withold services at any time in any transaction.

Shipping and Processing

  • Processing time is the amount of time it takes for orders to be prepped and packaged.

  • Processing time is currently 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, and orders are marked as shipped within 5 business days, this does not include weekends.

  • Shipping Time is the time it takes the post office to get your order from Benzi’s Bazaar to the buyer.

  • Benzi’s Bazaar Ships primarily through USPS Monday - Friday.

  • Tracking numbers are provided on all purchases and require atleast 24 HRS to update once your package has been recieved by the post office.

  • Once packages have been handed to the post office Benzi’s Bazaar is no longer responsible for them.

  • Benzi’s Bazaar is not responsible for Post Office closures, delays by weather, wrong delivieries made by the post office, or post office strikes.
